Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before subscribing to Muzle (“we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing or using any Muzle Membership Plan, you agree to these Terms.
1. Membership Nature
Muzle is a monthly subscription membership for pet care support, claims assistance, and benefits listed on our pricing plans. Muzle is not a regulated insurance product. Muzle does not guarantee coverage for all expenses or all medical situations.
2. Eligible Pets
Muzle currently accepts dogs and cats. Each pet must:

belong to the subscriber

be legally owned

have an identifiable name, age, and basic health condition details provided honestly
False information may lead to immediate cancellation.
3. Payments & Billing

Membership is billed monthly.

Pricing is shown in USD.

Payments are recurring until cancelled.

You may cancel anytime. No refunds for partial months.
4. Claims & Reimbursements
Claim processing time varies by plan tier.
Claims may be rejected if:

receipts are fake or modified
-
treatment was cosmetic, elective, breeding related or non-essential
-
the cost does not match the stated limits
-
the pet was injured due to abuse, intentional harm or illegal activity
We may request additional information before approving a claim.
5. Non-Coverage Examples
Muzle does not cover:
-
grooming, cosmetic procedures, vaccines, supplements
-
breeding, pregnancy related issues
-
illegal, abusive, or dangerous handling of pets
-
experimental treatments not approved by certified veterinarians
6. Vet Choice
You may visit any licensed veterinarian globally and submit invoices.
7. Changes to Membership Plans
We may modify plan prices, limits or features anytime with notice. You will always have the option to cancel.
8. Responsibility & Conduct
Pet owners remain fully responsible for the care, health, safety and behavior of their pets at all times.
9. Limitation of Liability
Muzle is not responsible for outcomes of veterinary treatment, medical risks, complications, or misdiagnosis. Muzle only provides support & reimbursements up to the stated plan limits.
10. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by general global consumer fairness principles. Jurisdiction-specific legal requirements may apply depending on your country.
